Unit Mix: 79 units total (30-Studios, 45-1 bedrooms, 4-2 bedrooms), 1 staff unit

  • 54 units set aside for individuals experiencing homelessness.
  • We welcome Section 8 vouchers (Housing Choice Vouchers)
  • 25 units open to general public by lottery – waitlist open

Kifer Senior Apartments is a senior project for applicants 55 and older. Additional household members have to be 45 years of age at the time of application with the exception of Live-in aides.

Income Requirements: This property serves households at 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% AMI.

Utilities: PG&E, water & garbage paid by owner.
